1. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are in CAD currency and is calculated based on the weight of your order, the destination and the shipping method selected. The rates will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.

Domestic (Within Canada)

• Expedited Shipping: [From $6.00] - Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.

• Express Shipping: [From $15.00] - Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.

International Shipping (United States)

• Standard International Shipping: [From $5.00] - Estimated delivery within 4-8 business days.

• Expedited International Shipping: [From $7.00] - Estimated delivery within 5-12 business days.

• Express Shipping: [From $17.50] - Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
  

International Shipping (Other than United States)

• Standard International Shipping: [From $10.00] - Estimated delivery within 10-21 business days.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. unless you ordered pre-orders or items that are specialty orders that take longer to process, which is estimated 7-10 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Packaging

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. All items will be packed securely with protective materials, including packaging paper and sealed in plastic, to prevent any damage during transit. If an item is damaged during shipping, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable). You can track your package using the tracking number provided via the carrier’s website.

5. International Orders and Customs

For international orders, please note:

• Customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or any additional charges incurred during shipping.

6. Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver your order within the stated timeframes, please be aware that shipping carriers may experience delays due to factors outside of our control, such as weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If you experience any delays, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

7. Shipping Issues or Lost Packages
