1. What types of products do you sell at Adore Labu?
At Adore Labu, we specialize in creating high-quality clothing and accessories for Labubu Monster Dolls originated from Popmart and only for Version 1 Exciting Macaron & Version 2 Have A Seat. Our collection includes dresses, tops, shoes, hats, purses, backpacks and other fun accessories to help personalize and style your dolls!
2. How can I place an order?

3. Do you ship internationally?

Shipping costs depend on the size of your order and your location. You will see the exact shipping fees before completing your purchase during checkout. We also offer free domestic shipping on orders over $100.00 CAD.

6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.
7. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in inspecting & packaging your items to prevent damage during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, either by issuing a replacement or offering a partial refund.
8. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Once an order is confirmed, we begin processing it right away. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 5 hours preferably. While we can't guarantee changes or cancellations after processing has begun, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
9. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
Yes we do! We can specialized in a pretty pink tissue paper sealed with our sticker with frilly papers packaging to ensure product arrival is in pristine condition. If you’d like us to add a personalized note as well we would be happy to add with no additional cost!
10. How do I return an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full instructions on how to return an item. Please note that the item must be in its original, unworn condition and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
11. Can I exchange an item for a different size or style?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.
12. Are your products customizable?
At this time, we do not offer custom-made products due to keeping the processing time short and delivery faster. However, we are always adding new designs to our collection, so be sure to check back for exciting new items!
13. Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Yes! We run occasional sales and promotions. To stay updated on discounts and new product launches, be sure to sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram or Tiktok.
14. How do I care for the clothing and accessories?
Our products are made to last with proper care. We recommend gently handwashing clothing items in cold water and air-drying them to keep them looking their best. For accessories, spot cleaning is often best.
15. Do you offer wholesale pricing or bulk orders?
