Thank you for shopping with Adore Labu. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please read our refund and return policy carefully. If you are not entirely happy with your items, we are here to help.
If you decide to return an item, please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the return arrives safely. We cannot guarantee a refund if the returned item is lost or damaged in transit.
1. 14-Day Returns
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your package (as indicated by the tracking information) for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:
Condition of the Item: The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Return Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date you receive your order (as indicated by the tracking status). After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. How to Return
To initiate a return:
Contact Us: Please email us at adorelabu@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to return the item.
Ship the Item Back: After receiving instructions, carefully package the item to prevent any damage during return shipping. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
Processing: Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will issue your refund or process the exchange. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.
No direct exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product or the same item, you will need to return the original purchase and place a new order for the item you'd like.
3. Condition of Returns
All returned items must meet the following criteria:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in original, undamaged condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
If the product is returned without its original packaging or in a damaged state, we reserve the right to reject the return.
4. Damaged Items
We take great care to inspect every product before packaging and shipping. Each item is carefully packed with packaging paper and sealed in plastic to protect it during transit. However, sometimes damage may occur during shipping.
If your item arrives damaged:
Please contact us immediately at adorelabu@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and the order details.
We may request that you return the damaged item for inspection. If the damage occurred due to the shipping carrier’s handling, we will work with you to resolve the issue. In some cases, you may be eligible for a replacement or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items may be excluded from our refund policy, including:
Custom-made or personalized items.
Any items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective items).
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same steps as for a return, and we will issue a new item upon receipt of the original item in returnable condition.
